Orders and Shipping

Once your order is printed, you can expect delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on location and order volume.

Simply click the My-account button at the top of the page, fill in your details, and you’re all set!

If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, please get in touch with us as soon as possible, and we’ll help you update your shipping address.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order via the delivery service’s website.

No, we don’t store any credit card details. Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment providers.

Yes, we apply VAT as per UK regulations. The tax rate will be included in your final order total.

At present, we only deliver within the United Kingdom. We hope to offer international delivery in the future.

We aim to send your items in one package, though large orders or multiple products may be shipped separately.

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges once an order has been printed. However, we’re happy to provide custom quotes if you require additional items.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the bespoke nature of our menu printing service, we cannot accept returns once the printing has been completed.

If you’ve received an incorrect item, please contact us within 12 hours of receiving your order. We’ll arrange for a replacement or assist you in resolving the issue.

If your order arrived damaged, please send us photos of the damaged items within 12 hours. We’ll work with you to get a replacement or resolve the issue.

Returns can only be accepted if authorised. Please contact us first to obtain a return authorisation before sending anything back. We’ll provide the necessary details and return address.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

You can contact our customer support team by email, phone, or by filling out the contact form on our website. We aim to respond to all enquiries promptly.

If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, please let us know immediately, and we will update the shipping address for you.

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, you must do so within 12 hours of placing it. Unfortunately, after this time, we cannot process any changes due to the printing process.

At present, we don’t offer pre-orders. Please keep an eye on our website for restocks, or get in touch if you need more information about availability.
